Hey nerds,
How are ya, now? me - not s’bad. I took a staycation from work last week and MAN, i didn’t know how much I really needed that.
Welp, here’s some stuffs I thought I’d share with ya this week, Ferda.
The homies and I went to the Novo to see Westside Boogie perform the other night. It had been so long since i’ve felt that in tune with music that it was like I had gone to church and filled my damned soul. It was amazing.

It wasn’t until this year that I realized how fulfilling it is to have true girl friends. The ones that send you cards when you get a promotion, the ones that cry with you when you can’t even, the ones who make you feel seen. Don’t get me wrong dudes, ain’t nothing wrong with ya’ll friendship. We’re just built different. I am an emotional ass person and i’ve learned that my feelings fit better in the hands of women. How often do we come across people who will voluntarily travel across states on a mission to help people without anyone asking them to? These individuals are the kind of leaders we need :’)
Once upon a time, Lala was half asleep getting ready for work. She reached over, grabbed a tube and figured someone must’ve tried to add water to get whatever was left in it. The texture was weird once she ran it under the water but she thought nothing of it. As soon as it touched Lala’s teeth, she cringed and turned to see that the tube she used was not toothpaste, it was Dipsy’s acne cleanser.

I’m going to go fuck off for my birthday, but before I do.. I just want to say that I am grateful for everyone of you that reads this spam. When i first started, i thought i’d be lucky if i had one person read this. Now i’m somehow in the double digits. Thanks for letting me continue to be me, in all my randomness, weirdness and awkwardness. So if you enjoy something go fucking do it, do it even when you feel broken, insecure and especially when you feel real dumb. You’ll look back in a few months, see your journey and realize it was all fucking worth it. As David Epstein once said, “we learn who we are in practice, not in theory.”
