How are ya, now?
Oh me, not s’bad. I’m not sure what it is about roman numerals that make it seem so intense. Changing the number in the title of these blogs seemed like a cool idea in my head earlier, but actually typing it out and looking at it. Yikes. I’m thinking maybe it’s a little too hardcore and I’m not sure that really fits the vibes. Maybe i need to throw it in Varsity Letter font to make it feel more pop punk lol
Here’s some stuffs I thought I’d share with ya this week, Ferda.
For someone who feels socially awkward about everything, I’m lucky to somehow have friends and get invited to cool shtuffs. We took a wild adventure with my three favorite boys into the dessert the other weekend. We left home around midnight, drove maybe 3 hours to the dessert, and spent about a good hour or two trying to find his friends at camp with little to no service. Imagine being a total fucking newb, driving in the dirt roads in the 3-4am darkness and being absolutely useless. I was terrified and mentally drained but yet I still stayed up to have a beer or two to watch the sunrise. Still, so damn worth it.
This shit had me dying.

I’ve finally made my bucket list for 2023. Thirteen silly things I want to do next year. I’ve done this every year for the past 4 years or so and, man I might not have reached all the goal posts, but I had fun documenting it either way. It helps me live more intentionally and gives me a little more purpose besides work and being an adult. We both know that shit makes our souls weak.
I love the new instagram note feature. It reminds me of AOL Instant Messenger from the early George Washington days. I just make sure to mute all the people who use the note feature to whine about the note feature. So dumb, but so many people are funnier than I initially thought.
this shit was hilarious. One day Lala went to have a beer at the usual spot where Dipsy works. Lala sat alone but in came Tinky Winky, another regular. After a few beers, they asked for some water but for some reason Dipsy forgot to give Lala one. So after an annoying amount of time, Lala asked Tinky Winky for a sip of his water because.. thirsty. Tinky Winky made a face and said, “That’s not a good idea to use my glass, I have herpes.” We shared a lot of laughs that night. Rest in Peace, Tinky Winky. You taught me a lot about compassion.
Please don’t judge me lol I was having a rough morning a few days ago and searched youtube for ‘motivational speeches’. In one of the speeches, Simon Sinek said something along the lines of, “We say silly things like ‘my door is always open’, assuming people have the courage to come in.” I had to let that sink in as I thought about how it feels on both ends.

For the wristband, for sharing my cousin’s Be the Match story at the end of ya’ll set and letting me leave flyers at the merch table.. all without me saying more than “yeah, i’m coming to the show”. I cannot express how much I thank and love you for your kindness. That shit made me cry.

I know the difference between dessert and desert. Excuse me lol I purposely spelled it wrong when I initially started doing it on IG so I can bait the grammar nazi’s. Low and behold, they had arisen in my DM’s. Pointing their asterisks, correcting me.
